Backstory:

I was a business owner wearing too many hats trying to grow my Paintless Dent Repair business. I really wanted to turn my service company into an E-Commerce style business so I wouldn't have to stay up until 1 am every night making sure every facet of the business was given attention.

I wanted to be able to grow my business with a proven strategy so I could automate redundant tasks that allowed me to get MY Personal Time back!

The thing is I was still trying to figure out how to run my own business.

To make things worse, I felt terrible because I was recently diagnosed with leukemia and felt helpless. I felt even worse about the situation because my daughter was only 18 months old. I felt like a failure as a father and business owner.

The problem was that my Main Account at a local dealership cut my rate 50%. Which meant I had to walk away from my once comfortable six-figure account, which meant I was taking a huge risk starting my own company.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

That's when I had a paradigm shift. Knowledge became power. Literally fueling my road to health. I consumed hundreds of books and listened to thousands of hours of Podcasts during the last 7 years, all in the pursuit of perspective and understanding. Some of the most impactful have been the books: 7 Habits of Highly Effective people, by Stephen Covey (see Step 1); Principals, by Ray Dalio; Expert Secrets, by Russel Brunson; and Understanding Michael Porter, by Joan Margretta, all about how leveraging Systems, Frameworks and Processes can give you a Competitive Advantage in business.

It was now crystal clear to me how to scale my business and gain valuable transparency into the health of my company, because I saw I could finally grow my business with a proven strategy.

I also learned that my business Could make money effectively online, you just need the Right Education first! Audio Books, Webinars, Blogs and Podcasts are great alternatives.

As a result I applied all the frameworks and strategies I learned and implemented them with my current customers at Dent Vanish.

After I did that, I started proving RTN Media's system worked.

Suddenly, I was Hiring an Office Manager and a Lead Technician.

That’s when I realized that the secret to grow my Paintless Dent Repair business was using Integrations and Automations to segment and tag our customers to the appropriate positions within our sales pipeline, all while sending them timely notification through email and text..

The Plan:

My plan was to start introducing this to the Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Industry.

So I started becoming a reseller of the technology we were using. But we didn’t stop there.

We then tested with a few other companies we thought would find the systems valuable.

After that, we Integrated all the systems into a live stream databoard showing KPI's and the overall health of the business.

But there was still a problem...

Our biggest issue was getting clients to understand how all these systems worked together..

We ended up getting this so many times that we decided to develop a Framework breaking down our integrated suite of apps.

We chose to call it RTN Media's Purpose Driven Marketing Automation Framework.

We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to run my business like an E-Commerce style service business, we’d be really happy.

After 4 years of development, reading 100+ books and by testing what worked by applying it IN MY Actual PDR business, we created RTN Media's Purpose Driven Framework.

We can now Streamline and simplify tasks using an intuitive suite of apps and web services.

We then started to let other entrepreneurs and business owners use RTN Media's Purpose Driven Framework.

As a result of all this we were able to conclude the following:

With investment in the infrastructure of your business (through systems), you build the foundation (sales machine) for growth.

By understanding the decision to use systems like a Sales CRM (Client Relationship Management), Marketing (Automations), Analytics (Dashboards) you can guide your business with data driven decisions rather than guessing and hoping you made the right choice.

After creating the Purpose Driven Framework, I was not only able to Scale and Automate my PDR Company, I’ve also been able to stop worrying about every facet of my business, because I can now automate redundant tasks that allow me to get MY Personal Time back.

In the end, all of this means I’m now able to help Clients Integrate systems to Automate processes, that ultimately allow their business to scale.
