In other words, when you have High Agency and Low Time Preference, you will find a way to get things done now, that benefit you in the future.

As the visionary, you are responsible for navigation, positioning your business for forward movement in the desired direction, and making adjustments when necessary.

This also means that you need to have the right tools to succeed. Understanding that your business works as a system and if something is out of balance, your tools should help guide the way.

Just like the motor of a vehicle, Your Company Ikigai will be the Ethos in which decisions are made.

All other parts communicate to and through your company Ikigai, receiving multiple inputs to produce a desired output, so all you have to do is focus on the input.
